Davis Polk advised Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as joint lead arrangers in connection with an amendment of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc.'s existing revolving credit and term loan facility provided by a consortium of financial institutions and with SunTrust Bank as administrative agent. The amended credit facilities provide for an upsize of up to $200 million of the senior secured revolving facility. Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. is a leading full-service PBM company in the United States, operating primarily under the brand name Catalyst Rx. Its clients include self-insured employers, including state and local governments, managed care organizations, unions, third-party administrators, hospices and individuals seeking the prescription drug component of their overall health benefit programs. Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. is a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq Stock Market. According to Catalyst, the acquisition would increase its PBM membership to more than 18 million members from about 7 million. The Davis Polk team included partner James A.
